In our experience, most membranes we’ve been asked to repair have originally been a mix of incompatible products or simply re-coated over the existing membrane as a band-aid solution. At Mashman Group, we remove the old coatings back to the bare substrate and then apply the new membrane system. This assures years of trouble-free service life, how it should be!
When it comes to crack injection, we can cover anything from a major leak to a minor drip. Whether it’s a below grade block wall or leaking soffit of a balcony, we can fix the leak without having to remove surface coatings. Our water-stopping injection materials are 100% potable water safe and environmentally friendly. We have a range of water potable coatings for waterproofing tanks and zero VOC.
